yup, just hope they grant you a provisional license. and dont get caught driving anywhere other than to anf from work or school.

Depending on what the points where will play a huge factor on whether you get a provisional or not.

Pay the fees and get a provisional license so you can go to work.

Absolutely not too late. When you go to the hearing to see the DMV officer, dress decent and then just give them a little sorrow speech, even if you gotta make somethin up. lol.

When I went and had my hearing, I was barely 18, so I just used the excuse that "the suspension notice was a big wake up call for me, and that I was acting immature and I understood that I had to change" and stuff like that, and I also told them that the only car we had was a manual transmission and my wife couldn't drive it, and I couldn't sell it to get another car, so I was the only person that could take her to and from work and to and from her Dr. appointments. And basically said it would greatly affect our lives and that we had no one else to lean on and we were basically on our own at 18. LMAO (not a true story)

And it worked. :) Just don't be nervous and plan out what you're going to say, cuz they do record the whole thing. I think it worked for me because I said it would effect the well being of others if I lost my license. So there's a tip. Worst case scenario, you're gonna get the provisional license.
