ok i got a price for an ls6 longblock and it was going for about 3500 this is from gm perf parts. ive been looking at building a motor versus buying a crate, the ls6 is rated at 405 and this is a new crate motor. i have a 01 z28 and im pretty sure all of my acc. are going to swap over. i was thinking i could throw in a bigger cam, get the heads ported on this crate motor then tuned. im thinking this would be a pretty sweet set up. any body think i should try and build a motor or go this route. Please help guys!!!!
