Default Brake line length

I recently install the the LS1 brake on to my 96 Camaro. The Russell stainless lines are a bit short for my liking. So I had to remove the line from the bracket, so the line has some play in it. I talked to Russell and they said they can make me custom front lines. Does anyone know how long the LS1 brake lines are?

The Ls1 lines are a bit longer, you will need to use them on your conversion.

No kidding. I found that out after the fact. I need to know the line length of the LS1 brake lines, so I can call Russell to have some made. That are longer than the LT version, so I can not have ghetto brake lines.
12 inch 15 inch 19 inch or some thing like that.

The point was to just buy a set of LS1 lines! then you don't have to have a custom set made they will fit just fine with no mods.

Well than I would have like 3 other lines laying around since I have the stainless line already in the back. So two have two front ones made would be a lot better than spending more on parts that I will not use. I was not trying to mean or anything. I may just call them and tell them to open a box and get a ruler........LOL They have got to have a lot of them laying around to open up

J&M Products - hotpart.com makes OEM fit SS hoses for the LS1 and they do sell the front hoses by themselves. You may want to try them.
