Default vibration that just wont go away.

i have replaced everything behind the transmission. wheels, torque arm, rear end, LS1 driveshaft (also had it balanced and installed new u-joints), sway bar, sway bar bushings, all rear suspension components (upgraded, not just replaced) and its still there. it happens only at 70+ mph. and mainly when foot is not on the gas. it does it in any gear or in neutral. is only changes with vehicle speed. you can still feel it when touching the pedal, but it gets worse and worse the closer you get to letting off completely. its most intense moment is at about 70-80 mph and then it kinda gets less but its still there. trans mount is poly but was doing it b4 that and didnt change. gm torque arm bushing. poly bushings on lower control arms and phb. please. this has been going on for the entire year iv owned it and the car was bone stock when i bought it. HELP ME!!!
