We cover probably the largest base of 97+ Gm vehicles http://www.hptuners.com/products/vcmsuite_vehicles.php however because of the amount of work that goes into mapping out the newer pcm's you'll be hardpressed to find any free alternatives. We now put in ~15-20k man hours per year to keep up with the new operating systems and to expand & improve our current product.
