Not going to work.
You want the vacuum to pull from the top of the motor. Not the bottom of the pan.
The vacuum from the turbo pulling from the catchcan is going to want to stop the flow going back into the pan.

Technically you have the same vacuum at the crankcase too though wouldn't you? So internally speaking it would have no net vacuum, so it should drain from gravity I would think.
The only thing I see being negative would be that you wouldn't have the vacuum from the crankcase pulling on the turbo oil drain as you would in a traditional setup.
