Default 1000RWHP Sleeper C6 Z06

Ok this is a new thread, since the last one was Lets try not to do it again.

Exterior will be 100% stock, and will sound stock as well hence a true SLEEPER.

9.1:1 CR 427CI World Warhawk block.
Hand ported World Warhawk 6-bolt heads
Jessel Rockers
Callies Compstar Crankshaft
Callies Compstar rods
Wiseco dished/coated pistons
Custom baby Turbo cam
TTiX C6 Z06 Twin turbo system (fully ceramic coated)
Dewitts aluminum radiator with built in EOC
Fidanza 7.6 dual-disk clutch
Racing Brake replacement Rotors (four corners)
Friction GTS brake pads
SS brake lines
PFADT Coilovers
2x KB boost-a-pump
A&A high output fuel system
eboost2
2.5bar MAP sensor
2.5bar HPTuners SD tune
8x Delphi 95lbs low-impedance injectors + driver box
Racelogic Traction control system
Custom Boost-by-Gear gadget
LOTS of headache + depression + lighter wallet
Nitto Invo tires 345 rear / 275 front

Still waiting for two-three parts, otherwise everything seems OK.

LS7 was pulled out a few days ago, and will be dropped in my friends Z06 with a broken motor.

Ill make sure I take my bigass Canon camera with me and keep it at the shop and ask them to take pictures of progress and ill document everything here and tell you what we run into (hopefuly no problems lol)

Expecting to produce 1000rwhp on race gas and just above 915-930rwhp on 93octane pump gas. Well see what happens.

Wish me luck

[EDIT] Exhaust will be a Catted STOCK Z06 exhaust, with the rear butterflies (on the tip) directly connected to the Intake Manifold, the baffles should kick in as soon as the car gets into boost.
Then, another set of Z06-exhaust-style Vaccum valves would be welded after the turbo-downpipes and would be connected to the Z06's vacuum reservoir (which was once used for the stock exhausts), this way the 2nd set of valves will ONLY open at 3000RPMs+ and will completely bypass the stock exhaust and cats for least backpressure, max power and sound.

I would be alittle worried using those Compstar rods at 1000 rwhp, they are good to about 800 rwhp.

I wouldn't worry so much. I made almost 1200rwhp with my rods. I constantly made over 900rwhp all the time. You should be fine, unless you wanted to upgrade for piece of mind.

The car would strictly be a street vehicle, and would see 930ish RWHP not before 4th gear, this car is made purely for street pleasure (spirited driving), no track racing, coz I mean some might argue that its stupid to go through all of this, then have the power kick in at 4th gear etc... I will give the tires just enough boost to spin them in each gear, then let that Racelogic TC unit do its job.

What im trying to say is, I wont be in that power range unless im at 5500RPMs in 4th gear (say 240KPH?)

You would be fine then. Hell I beat my motor up for 2 years with those H-beam rods and never had a problem, until I had a oiloing issue!
Sounds like a killer build. Enjoy.

I have to agree with him a car that has potential of running 10's in stock form is not really a sleeper. But nice build post some pics also.

"Exterior will be 100% stock, and will sound stock as well hence a true SLEEPER..."

Your build looks a lot like mine. Mine is a Victory Red 2007 C6 Z06 and nearing completion at Speed, Inc. w/ a stock appearance also.
It should be interesting to compare your numbers with the TTXi kit and the APS, as I am hoping for around 900rwhp on pump gas. Good luck on your build.

Here is what is going into mine:
LS7 block w/LPE CNC ported LS7 heads
Callies Compstar Crankshaft
Callies Compstar rods
Wiseco dished pistons 9.5/1
Custom Turbo cam and upgraded valvetrain
APS C6 Z06 TT system
Dewitts aluminum radiator with built in EOC and Evans water pump
McLeod RXT dual-disk clutch w/ aluminium flywheel
Speed, Inc. fuel system
eboost2
LPE two-step
2.5bar HPTuners SD tune
Speed Inc. (Jim's) Boost-by-Gear switch
B&B Fusion cat-back
Upgraded driveshaft, diff output shafts and C5 axles
