Well it's quite ovious that i'm not gonna get my money back from this A-HOLE I sent this guy $200 last year for some FRC only to get ahold of him a few times over this time So i ran a indepth check on this guy ( have connections) and i found out this A@@HOLE has 13 small claims against him ( all within the last 4 mouths) and filed for bankrupcy within the last 2 weeks! Dam i wish i lived in VA to pay this A@@hole a visit, ya it's only $200 but this jerk scammed me and that makes me mad as hell Sorry guys for the vent but any help with this guy would be helpful. I got his name and all, plus his address if your one of these poor souls that got scammed by this A@@HOLE.

I feel bad for you guys that he did this to, it started out okay as he was the best custom FRC maker on the boards, and the last conversation we had things seamed positive, but obviously that has changed......stealing is a crime and no one should run away from responsibilities.....all he has to do is call all the orders off and send back the cash, that is unless he has allready spent it.....I wish you guys luck.....

Guys like that make it harder for guys like me. I've always taken my resposibilities very seriously as a provider of my products. When someone offers a product or service, they better fullfill thier obligations. Obviously, this ******* lacks character. Sorry to hear that you and others got ripped off.

Yup, I was the first one to threaten small claims on the FRC's to my knowledge. He finally refunded after I took out the papers to file against him and made it known to him my intention to file. That still wasn't easy. I sent certified letters, required signatures upon receipt and gave him ample opportunities. Sorry for those that actually had to go through with the filing. Everyone was complaining, but no one was doing anything of consequence, and I'd finally ran out of patience. I guess this is an "I told ya so" to those few who insisted I wasn't patient enough after 8 months of waiting.

How can he go bankrupt taking our money and not producing anything? Yeesh. Too bad, because the guy did do nice work.. when he did it.

Somebody needs to pay him a visit and aquire some refunds.

Ya i plan on paying this ******* a visit when i go to NC to visit a friend this spring I got this info from a PI i know in Vegas, plus he said this guy is in debt up the butt, that's why he's screwing people and filling for bankrupcy Does anyone know how long you have to fill a claim with paypal? Thanks guys for letting me vent, and thanks Blu for his info also

If he's filing bankrupcy, nobody will get a dime out of him. I don't know where everyone is from, but I propose a road trip. Anyone interested?
I called his phone # every day for the past 6 months no less than 15 times a day. I let it ring until the phone company disconnected it. I think he's changed or disconnected his number.

Ya i hear ya guys about the road trip and i would love too, but i live to far for the moment to do that And from this report i got from a PI his number is still good, plus everytime i try to call him it's busy!

Paypal is like 2 months I think. I was around 6 months when I notified paypal. The online form stats that they wont prosecute after the time span, but they will file the complaint or something. Do it anyways, it wont hurt. His paypal account is gone also.
