There is a small black box coming from my wiring harness, it looks like a relay but there is no socket, its hardwired in. It is coming from the same part as the coil wires and ICM wires are coming from. What is this and what does it mount to? mine is hanging.

Got picture of it? And where at is it coming from in the harness, like wheres it located on the car? I went thru my wiring harness to get rid of extra stuff that I wasn't using anymore and found alot of relays that were wired similar to what you speaking of.

It comes out of the harness from the same spot as the coil and ICM connectors. I'll get a picture of it tomorrow.
