Default please help me!friends head is swelling

well my buddy likes to one up me all the time,,,i bought a cbr 929 so he bought a cbr 954,,,i have a 97 Z so he went out and bought a 99 Z(OF COURSE) problem is he makes alot more money than i do so of course hes already dumping money into his already faster ls1..we went out last night messing around and it wasnt pretty..

what can i do that wont break the bank to get me a little closer at least to his ls1.i know he has slp lid ,magnaflow catback, bmr springs, bilstien shocks, and a fresh tune up.

i was thinking maybe some 4:10's and a tune from ion?
i know the obvious answer is probably heads cam..just not an option for me right now..any input would be great

not to rain on your parade, but you probably wont be able to touch him without a cam or some spray.

spray would help you out for sure, but i dont know if you want to take that route.

dry or wet?do you think something under 100 is enough and will it hurt the motor?do you lose drivability with nitrous?guess my question is how does the car act during everyday driving..my car isnt a DD but just curious

if u set it up right ur motor will be fine and yes it should be enough i sprayed a 100 shot on my 160k mile motor and its a kick in the *** and i had no problems and for a small shot dry would be good talk to nitrous outlet they got me a great deal

Nitrous my 150 Fwph gave me times in sig. he isn't going to be able to run with you unless he puts in a big cam or goes spray himself.

the difference is with wet it shoots the extra fuel through the nozzle with the n2o and dry u shoot b4 the MAF sensor so the computer adds the extra fuel i went with wet because i plan on spraying a 200 shot with mine and the lt1 computer sometimes has trouble adding the extra fuel on a larger shot but i think a wet kits the way to go and 299 is a good deal. and you will love it and be addicted once u start sprayin

sox,, stall wont help im m6,,but i was considering a rear gear change just because it seems to be a pretty cheap mod..is a 3.42 to 4.10 swap gonna help me in a street type race..to go along with the new bottle of course
