So what is the T56 worth out of a LTx F-Body? I happen to have a good spare with 93k and I was going to keep it as a spare but I have some other things to get done and this is something I can let go of.
So anyone have any idea what I should be asking for it? Everything is fine, had no problems when pulled it shifted great.

really.. it seems a full swap kit, pedals, shifter, bellhousing, x-member, everything needed minus console for around 1500.
i have seen just the trans go for around 500-1000.

****, I would have given you $600 + shipping and my roommate would have probably given you a grand. $400 is dirt cheap around here. I bought one for $800 3 months ago. The yards want $1500..just for the trans!

I bought a wrecked 96 that ran for $650 after I blew up original motor in my 94. Sold the T-56 for $1000 including pedal assembly and am running the 96 in my car now. I was also able to swap interiors from beige to ebony. Wish I could find another steal like that.

Damn, 1500.00 for an M6, its almost tempting to turn mine into an A4 for that kind of money, i just installed a brand new clutch/pp/flywheel, also has a B&M shifter lol.
