Honestly Nathan, thats not a questions anybody here can answer. You didn't provide enough information.
Is the car tuned? Whats the timing set at? Don't get me wrong, a splash of race gas shouldn't hurt, but it may not be called for. What plugs are you running? Gap?

28, tr6 32 gap yes tuned
Rule of thumb is 2* per 50 HP. So pull 6*, and go from there. The major downside to a timing tuner is that, even if you datalog it, the timing it pulls out won't show up in the computer, since it pulls it after the fact. So MAKE SURE all the right lil lights light up and the right knobs are turned. Personal perference, I'd splash a gallon or so of race gas just to be safe. If you can datalog the run, I'd advise it to be on the safe side. Knock sensors are nice.....but its best not to count on em lol :)
Give me a call if theres anything I can do to help.
