Anybody have any tips or pictures of how to do it. The crank will be a one piece rear main scat with 3.75 stroke and stock 5.7 inch rods and pistons.I have the tools to do it and would like to do it myself. I will have it balanced professionally balanced when done. Its a 97 roller motor if anyone cares.

I'm not sure you need a guide to do this. You just pre-assemble the engine, and rotate the crank/rods/block checking for clearance. Remove the parts, grind the non-clearing points down, re-pre-assemble and check again.
I believe David Vizard says a paperclip's thickness is good enough.

Yea, that is how i do my stroker motors, i use 1 rod and piston without the rings installed, i do it one bore at a time till i get all 8 done, i make sure the rod bolt has enough room for a nickle to be able to fit between the rod bolt and the block.

Will i have any problems with the stock pistons/rods comming out of the cylinder i have been reading different stories but dont know who to believe.

Well, you will have to ither buy a set of stroker pistons or use the stock 40 rods with the 350 piston, the stroker piston raises the piston pin to allow the 5.7 or 6.0 inch rod with the 3.75 stroker crank.
