L92 Price - $4K good???
Hey is $4000 a decent price for a 0 miles 2008 L92 motor even when I am faced with valvetrain and timing gear/cover changes? It has intake, exhaust, and coils, but no ECM, harness or accessory brackets? look to use this on my 66 Nova with T56. Thanks!

It has a 58x reluctor wheel which would require a matching wiring harness or the LPE conversion box setup to work with older style harness. Youll spend a bunch getting the rest of the parts to make it complete.
I'd recommend buying a complete take out (like a LS2) with everything on it. It is always much more expensive than you think to get all the little stuff to complete it

Would one of the FAST, Holley, BIG controllers with harness handle the 58x wheel and programming? And what other parts will I need to make it complete? I planned on a new style inline pump with the new C6 filter/regulator combo. Then I was going to pick up a front mount system for accessories from a large local parts reclaimation shop... Pretty new at piecing these things together. Thanks for any advice!

What are some other options on mgnt systems that are more economical? I am not set on any specific option by any means so I would be fine with factory LS1/2 ECM... Thanks for the guidance!

So reading more up on the different combo's out here....should I pick up a used 6.0 engine from LQM for about a $1000 and stroke it up to 408 and purchase L92/L76 combo or go with a Zero mile L92 and toss in a new camshaft and timing cover? I originally was shooting for 400 RWHP....but don't see why I couldn't hit 500 RWHP on a $7500 budget. Thoughts???? Could use some help and insight!

That is a good deal for a new L92. If you are looking to run it, our ECM will run the engine as it sits and takes advantage of the VVT. You can make 450HP with a stock L92 or you can run one of our M-90 Performance Packages that bumps that engine up to 530HP.
Hope this helps!!!
