Default stock 10 spokes

are the stock 10 spoke wheels bare metal? im talking with a powder coater and we are trying to figure out what kind of prep work needs to be done. i think they are polished, but can they just powder coat right over those after some basic cleaning?

depends on the media blasting. It can damage the surface of the wheel if the material is too abrasive.
You can use a chemical stripper and find a bare cast aluminum on the inside of the spokes and the face of the wheels is machined like that you see on the 35th SS wheels
