Default Alpine CDA-9884 Question

Does this model have an AUX input or do I have to buy an adapter to hook up an aux cable to it from an mp3 player?

I read all the info on it and it says (optional) so I dont know

Thanks

It took me less than two minutes to locate and download the CDA-9884 owner's manual from Alpine's web site.

According to the manual, that model has both front and rear RCA jacks that can be used for either input or output. Configured for input, you would only need a common 1/8" mini stereo to RCA adapter cable to connect an auxiliary device such as an MP3 player.
