Default do i need anything else for my head swap?

do i need anything else for my head swap?

i just want to make sure im not missing anything before i take the plunge.

i have cometic gaskets,
afr 205 heads,
arp head studs,
arp header studs,
ls7 lifters,
chromoley pushrods,
and svo 30lb ford injectors.

do i need anything else?
ill be getting new tr 55 spark plugs as well.

Get some new plastic lifter trays and maybe some new rocker cover gaskets.

arp assembly lube, do u have the copper spray for the head gaskets like every one recommends with the cometic

you might need those little coolant plugs (2) and a water temp sensor. The metal is soft for those items and easy to deform/break. Don't forget to hook those ground wires back up the driverside head! That **** had me chasing my tail for an hour or two.

-auto zone should have the spray

-the lifter trays you can try the local GM parts dealership or thunderacing, i saw them have em for ~$8.00 a piece

-header gaskets

post some pics when your done on your none working link to fquick

is it just called copper spray or what ???
i got header gaskets. do i really need new lifter trays?

i will def post up some pics and ill get that fquick link working.

I would get new trays they are cheap you wont pay more than $30 for the 4 you need. They will hold the lifters tighter.

the copper spray is in a aerosol can in the rtv section at autozone. your oem header gaskets will work fine
