Many of those parts are useless for handling (the chassis bracing), and the relocation brakets hurt handling. The shocks are also less than ideal for handling, especially with lowering springs.
This is a much more ideal package for handling:

Strano developed his suspension specifically for handling, and has proven so with his multiple SCCA wins in his Camaro.

No doubt BMR makes some great suspension parts. I have had 2 STB's by them myself. If your really looking at a competitive handling setup and are willing to invest in the wheels and tires to do so. I would contact Sam Strano. I autocrossed my v6 camaro this summer and had the privelige to talk to him before I completed my suspension package. I talked to many other guys running in the area and all the serious guys seem to have atleast the stranno sway bars and or his springs. He also can help you with shock selection. Most of the other parts lca's, phb, sfc, and bushings I was able to find used online for way less. Happy hunting
