Popping noise while turning
this only happens when its hot outside and at low speeds like when im driving around in a parking lot or something, but when i turn the steering wheel it makes a popping noise in the front, so i figure it has to do with the steering or something what do you guys think?

could be a ball joint or could be a broken coil spring, as far as testing the ball joints, jack up the car on the front lower control arm, grip you hands at 12 o clock, and 6 o clock, and shake that tire, if there is any play at all then it is a bad ball joint, as far as sway bar links go , just grab the crap outta the sway bar right by the link and shake it as hard as you can up and down, and like the ball joint if there is any play then it is broken, now what you described could also be a spring, you can just grab a light and shine up in the wheel well and look carefully for one of the coils to be bad.

taurus's break springs all the time..
jack the car up so the tire about about 3-4" off the ground, put a 2x4 under the tire, and get a long heavy bar. put the bar under the tire and lift up the tire. watching the ball joint. if it is bad it will move up and down. i forget the leeway, but its only a few thousandths that passes inspection..
tie rods.. while is jacked up grab the wheel at 9 and 3 o clock.pushing the wheel side to side, enough to not move the rack, and watch the tie rod, if its bad you will see some slop in the joint itself right at the knuckle.
let us know..

I've also been experiencing the same problem with mine. Some people think it may also be the struts. And one guy even told me that it could be a motor mount. Who knows. I'll just have to try out what Bowtie_Aaron said and see if it's either a ball joint or tie rod too. I haven't really looked into it too much though, because it doesn't do it too often.
