New camaro coming out or not? So do yall think the new camaro will come out since gm is fileing for bankrupcy and begging obamah's *** for money? Just thought i would see what yalls thought were on the hole situation

It may be the only thing that saves there butt.....but then again with the economy like it is nobody will buy it. But we shall see....I think it needs to come out just for the sake of the company. just my .02

Hell, I wouldn't have dropped the Billions into the R&D of the ZR-1 if I was GM...yeah makes lots of sence....Spend billions on a 100+k Vette in the roughest economy the US has seen in decades.....then agian, I don't get paid uber' amounts of money to sit in an armani suit all day in a corperate office to voice my sheer thoughts.......don't think GM will actually file Chapter 11, since they are woking the final kinks ot on the "Bail out" bid.....and Obama isn't the President till Bush' term is up in Jan.......Bush made a valid argument and that was "We gave AiG a Multi Billion dollar bail out" why not the Big 3 a "Bail out" that is 10 times less than the AIG Bail out to save AMERICAN jobs

It's too far along in the production cycle to halt its introduction now. I believe I read they're halting new car development, but this is already past development and is now its way to market.

it doesnt matter if its on production line if there is no money to produce them they cant come out with it and second if they go into bankrupcy they deffinetly wont have it come out i guess we will all have to wait and see if Obamah gives them the money

idk, gm has all there priorities screwed up.
the brass of gm is not doing there job correctly, apparently, there job is to keep gm afloat, and they have failed as management,
now they are lobbyists and nothing more.
gm needs to revamp re establish
perhaps a bankruptcy is in order. the unions have also contributed to the decay of gm

GM will not just dissappear. if they file bankruptcy, im sure it will be similar to pilgrims pride in which they will just reorganize and hopefully get back on track after SEVERAL years.
I dont know much about economics but I could see that happening. GM has too much into the Camaro to stop it now. They have to at minimum produce/sell enough to regain the cost of design and the cost of the molds, machinery, etc in the manufacturing facility that is already in place.
