Lastnite i bought an 06 Eddie Bauer explorer from car max, And today i noticed a problem. It lurches or jolts when coming to a stop. Ive looked online and i see that many other people have had this problem. Some have managed to get it fixed and others havent been so lucky. Im taking the vehicle back to carmax tomorrow for them to have a look at it, but after that it still has a Ford factory warranty left as well, so i would like for a tech to take a peak as well. They have a 3 day return policy at carmax and im thinking that should my research turn up any more horror stories, im just gonna give it back to them.

Did you just buy it from Carmax? They have a 3-day, 300 mile return policy if anything is wrong with it.
