I made 433 rwhp with AFR 205 heads and FAST 90. Kooks 1 3/4" headers with cats too.

This was with the 214/230 .601/.575 117 LSA "cheatR" cam
Patriot 5.3 Stage 2 heads
LS6 intake, Hooker LT's and bolt on's....It loves the nitrous too
Overall it's a very good cam...and great drivebility with a stockish idle.
