yea... i mean considering i have 0 funds for this project it prolly wont get rolling for another 5 years or so... but its def something i have been thinking about a lot...
yes it would be a stock ls1 with a baby cam i wont want to make more then 375rwhp preferbly around 350rwhp tho (i dont know squat about ls1's so i have no idea what cam would be a good DD cam)... i want to keep it a complete sleeper look like a stock 944 interior and exterior and even sound close to stock... and make it really clean (it would be my summer DD/show/cruise night car, then the ole LT1 would become a dedicated track car) def would be a stick...
i've done a littlebit of research and to do it right the pricetag wont be cheap but eh one day i will have the $$ for it just hoping not all the 944's rot to the ground by then
... apparently u can use the stock 944 drivetrain and its good up to 400rwhp.... thought that was interesting.... so it would workout perfect as a powerful sleeper DD.... oh and anouther thing... 350rwhp of LS1 power in a 2600-2800lbs german car, and retain about 98% of the handling balence of the stock 944.... should be a fun driver 
lol but right now this is all just a well thought out dream...oh and sorry for the long post, been thinkin about this for some time now lol
oh and the color would either be gloss black... or porsche purple
