Default Are these decent tires?

I posted this in the "Wheels and Tires" section, but nobody seems to want to respond. I just bought some '08 Corvette wheels. The ones that look similar to the C6 Z06 wheels. Anyways, I decided to get new tires with them too. I went with Pirelli P-Zero Rosso's all the way around. 275/35/18 in the front and 295/30/19 in the rear. Are these decent tires? For the price, I expect them to be pretty good, but I've heard mixed reviews.

Easy on the burn outs they go quick. And the suck in cold weather my buddy had them on his vette. But when they are warm they do ok.

Haven't heard much about the P-Zero's...
Without getting too far off topic, anyone had any experience with wide oval Firehawks? So far they've been good, i heard they're not so grippy in the cold, but I haven't been very hard on them yet, aside from a couple times..
