Default Best combo, stock heads.

I've got my heads off due to a dead lifter and chewed up cam... I got lucky.

cant afford heads right now as much as I wish I could. Got stock 241's now... how much power can I expect from a mid sized cam (233/239, Tv2, Trak) and stock unported 241's? this will be going through a yank3600

I've dd'd cars with large cams before... but they all had carb'd setup and I was still able to live with it.

Hell if you recommend something large let me know.

power estimates are great.

you could have the heads milled to bump up compression. doesnt cost that much.

yes I have lt's

thanks.. I thought I should be able to get 400-410 rwhp with the right cam and tune.

I'm guessing a nice set of ported heads would net me another 30-40rwhp.

a top notch set of heads would do that.

but even most h/c autos are hard to get over 430rwhp...obviously been done, but not as easy as with m6 cars.

those autos and big stalls eat power....but that's only on the dyno...track they kick ***.

My 6 speed made 436/400 with an HPE Megadeath cam (244/242 .612/.610 112lsa) on bone stock never removed 241 heads and a FAST 90. Nice powerband too, ran really strong.
