seen a few threads like this, on 2 of my chevy trucks, the blower motor under the dash has a small chimney like airduct that goes through the firewall to the grill under the windshield, leaks right there

Most of the time you can unclog the drain tube for the A/C. its underneath the car on the passenger side. You will see it better if you turn the car on and run your A/C for a while. Just stick and air blower up in the tube and it should solve this problem.
