Default Looking for some solid all seasons

As of right now I have some pretty cheap tires that I would love to get rid of and replace with some higher quality rubber.

The car is driven in all weather conditions but I do minimize rain and snow travel.

I do not really need expensive Z rated tires or anything like that, its just a bolt on LT1 I am more concerned with comfort and a decent amount of grip

I am on a pretty tight budget also, The car is in storage until summer so I do have some time to shop around and get ideas. I would like to hit the 400-500$ range anything more would be just too expensive for me.

What tire make and brand would you recommend me to look into?

also any informative websites would be a great resource

thanks

Thumbs up

Try a search in this forum for snow/all season tires.
That should be able to help you out.
We have some Goodyear F1 All Season tires on my girlfriend's car and they work well in the dry/wet surface.
Haven't driven them in snow yet.

If you have a costco membership AND 16 inch rims...

$94 ea (255/45/16) installed, with a warranty at Costco right now.

For all seasons I have ran both the Toyo Proxes 4's and Kumho ASX's and both worked out real well for me. I would pick the Toyo over the Kumho however.

My Kumho ASX's did very good in the snow, and got decent traction too
