Help me, which wide tires for my ws6? I want to know why i bought a set of tires for my ws6 and they dont look as wide and fat as my other tires? They are the same size. I dont get it// what tires do u recommend? I got the ventus 3000 275 40 17's

Most BFG tires are wide as hell. I used to use Nittos, and they had the same problem. Right now, I use Pirellis, and they don't have that "narrow look" issue.

Unfortunately the tread widths on different manufactures tires varys . . . so there a different tread widths on say a 275/40R17 . . .
The widest looking 275/40R17 I have seen is the Goodyear F1 GS-D3. BFG's come in close behind.
Best advise use the "specs" information available, on Tirerack.com, they usually give you both section width and tread width.
