Head Light Circuit Breaker

Head Light Circuit Breaker Stopped by the quarter car wash on the way home tonight. When I left the low beams were not working.
After reading the owners manual it mentions if there is any kind of wiring fault with the headlights there is a circuit breaker that could let go.
Maybe some wires got wet and when I hit the lights boom, who knows. But.... Anyone seen this? It is cold and dark outside so I am doing this the lazy way tonight, posting here. Well partial lazy, I did read the owners manual

While the manual does not say this, a google found it will just be in the fuse box under the hood. Once I confirm I will let you know.

OK, tell me where? Also check the link in reply 4, manual clearly states there is a circuit breaker, page 6-66. Maybe their "circuit breaker" is a "fuse". If that is the case the manual is written poorly.
Update.
I pulled the Ram out and pulled the TA into the garage last night. Searched, could not find circuit breaker. Also searched for fuses/relays in all three boxes, nada. 3 fuses pertaining to headlights, all of which controlled the door operation, any one of those being removed caused the doors not to open.
So after the failed attempt of locating the breaker I did the logical thing, tested power at the headlights, well I had power. Both headlights went at the same time! Something had to happened. A jolt of power, something, to blow them both, that is just not a fluke. Something this breaker that the manual talks about is suppose to prevent.
I did not test after putting in the new lights. It is still possible one of the three fuses that stopped door operation would have stopped the lights from coming on as well.
