what do you guys think should be done. ok i have a 95 TA with the stock 2.73's. i have a set of used 3.73's with new install kit, for the 2 series carrier.(the ring looks good but the pinion threads look a little fudged) i also have a set of new OEM 3.73's for the 3 series carrier. so heres the options.
1. try to use the used 3.73's (which will be using the stock 110,000 mile 2 series carrier)
2. sell the new OEM 3.73's for the 3 series carrier and buy new 3.73's for the 2 series carrier thats stock on the car.
3. sell the new install kit(for 2 series carrer) i got with the used gears and use the new OEM 3.73's(3 series carrier) which i would have to buy a new 3 seriers carrier install kit and new 3 series carrier.
ps. here is some stuff already bought and things being bought so you guys have an idea of what the car has as far as mods go.
LPP LT's
stall (in the 3000 range)
LE heads and his 232/240 custom cam and his Intake Portwork
slp cold air
and supporting fuel needs.
so what do you guys think?
