Default Camshaft Recommendation?

Here is what I currently have, what cam should I get? Im not worried about gas mileage or any of that bs, just what gives me the best performance.

1998 Z28
LQ4 w/ LQ9 Pistons
CAMSHAFT UNKNOWN
LS1 241 Castings
PRC Dual Valve Springs
LS7 Lifters
CC 7.400" Chromemoly Pushrods
Stock Rockers
Long Tubes w/ Y-Pipe
LS6 Intake
No A/C
No AIR
No EGR
TB Bypass
F1 Lightweight Flywheel
McLeod Adjustable Master
ARP Rod Bolts
MSD Wires
P/P LS6 Pump (HV)
Double Roller Chain
SLP Lid + SS Hood Ram Air
Ported/Polished MAF

How good would an F1 cam be in this car?

I say keep your cam if it's already aftermarket and get heads.

I was thinkin about the cam SSkillz has which is F1

230/226 .591/.569 on a 112lsa + 2

not sure how good it would work with my engine, the exhaust is the only thing im lookin at because its a bit smaller than the intake side.

Im needing some numbers, as in what is the max lift youd recommend for me and also a tutorial or something on how to fly cut.
