You can either get your car tuned by a local dyno shop if you have one in your area or you can do a mail order tune which is where you tell the tuner EXACTLY what you have i mean every mod you've got and the tuner with either tune a core computer send you that then you send him your stock one or you can send ur stock he tunes it and sends it back.
A few tuners to look into are PCMforless, Herron Performance does a little, and I beleive its madz28 or something, i think the guy's name is Ion. Those are the most popular ones i've heard of.

I got a mail order tune on my h/c setup just to get it to the dynoshop.. With the tune it ran rich down low and leaned out pretty bad up top. I'd dynotune if anything personally. It costs more, but atleast you know you're getting a good tune. The tune I got was from one of the more "reputible" mail tuners too...
