Default Ls1 head problems

Ok i have a 2000 camaro that is a v6 i bought a ls1 engine that is an 01 and i am going to drop it in some time in the future the ls1 that i bought doesn't have value springs, push rods or rocker arms. my question is what is the better choice to do, either get new ls6 heads and put them on the ls1 or get forged value springs, rocker arms and push rods for the stock ls1 heads?

No such thing as a forged value spring. Valve spring would be the correct term.If you are going to leave it stock i would search the classifieds on here for the parts you need. Or you could buy a set of ls6 springs, comp pushrods and find some used rocker arms on here for around 75 bucks or so. Good luck with the swap.
