Im guessing thats 104k miles? I wouldnt consider that bad. People are going to say that the intake is robbing you but, it should be ok. If your cats are bad that will contribute to lower numbers.

Thats about right for a stock A4.

Run some seafoam through it, change the plugs, and change the oil. Should pick up a few HP.

Seafoamed it just put in the NGK's under 1k ago I have royal purple in the motor now but I think I will be going back to my good old mobil one when its time to change the oil

The intake is robbing me of alot I think, but with the tune I should get it all back, I lost ALOT of torq with the intake manifold but like i said its untuned as of right now.

300/320 untuned and I am installing Texas 1 7/8'' header with X pipe

What does everyone think Ill make to the whells after?

Adding a poll up top if possible

i say 320hp just a guess. Have you considered ditching the manifold and getting your hands on a used ls6 intake? usually go for $300

its really going to vary man, everyone is going to speak on what their car made. mine made 305 bone stock at 130k. after my headers I made 352/372 on a dynojet. probably between 315 and 335 depending on how well it was running before the tune, the type of dyno, and how good your tuner is.

why in the hell would he do that?? the bbk was dyno proven to make more power than the ls6....

I say get the cats off it and get a tune...its about pointless to mod these cars without tuning...I think the numbers are about right...my buddies car a4 made 280 with a cutout and slp lid...dont listen to all the metal intake haters...

well i want 400 RWHP by april so for now I would like to hit at min 335 but I am really shooting for 350 at the wheels. the cats are fucked the tune is rich as a SOB and I lost a **** load of power after the intake I mean very noticeable power so I think 350 is in the horizon doesn't the X pipe add some power too?

the only time you would be running an xpipe is with a true dual exhaust or custom made. my car makes virtually the same power through an off road y and catback as it did with with a x pipe.
