Unplugged the o2's....
Have a misfire i think its the o2's (seeing as i have replaced everything else) so i unplugged them and it does not seem to be running any better...does that means it cant be the 02s? the misfire comes in and out one moment it will be perfect next minute it will miss..and its not throwing any codes.

Unplugging stuff is never a good way to test on a computer controlled car. There are too many inputs and variables that affect things. The Bosch O2s don't have such a good track record on LT1s, but some people get by with them.

We have never had luck with 02 sensors other then GM.
have you looked a the plug wires?
how old is the Opti?
have you check to make sure the fuse is not blown? I believe it is for both the MAF and 02's, but could be wrong.
