9 inchs questions please help
hey guys im looking to but a 9 inch housing from a guy for around 500 but was curious as to what all i would need and would there be any problems putting it under my car which is not mini tubbed the housing has been narrowed 3 inchs on both sides is my main concerion all i can think i will need is
-center section with gears
-axles
if theres anything else let me know guys appreciate the help ahead of time

U-joint adapter, probably massage the tunnel to get it to fit. A rim with the correct offset (I'm not exactly sure if you'll have any clearance issues with the narrowing and stock components or what all needs to be done there).

Easiest thing to do is not buy a diff for $500.00 that does not fit your car. For a little bit more money you can get the right housing that will work with all the ABS, TCS, is the correct width. SOunds to me like you are going to buy a headache to just save a few bucks. Not worth it!

I looked into trying to save money by looking for something like that before I bought my 9" but instead I bought one ready to go from Midwest, all I did was press the bearings on the axles and install was a breeze!
