when i turn my key on accessory, my stereo comes on the shuts off repeatedly. also i hear a tapping noise from behind the dash or by the firewall

also my stock tach doesnt work. what could i check for a possibility of why my stock tach doesnt work?

try checking for a loose wire.Open the hood see if you hear anything,Also pull the gauge cluster,maybe the plug going to your cluster is loose.
