I have an Auburn posi with 3.23's that worked perfectly when removed from my 4 channel rear. Comes with the pinion also (not pictured but in perfect shape). $100 shipped for everything!

I have a '97 complete rear without traction control. It used to be in my wife's Formula. I replaced it with a factory 2.73 rear when I traded the car in for my truck. It has Richmond 3.73 gears and a factory posi. Will that work for you?
I'd be willing to ship just the posi and gears if that works for you.
