Default Anyone upgraded to 3/8" pushrods necked to 5/16 on the ends

Ive been wanting to run a 3/8 pushrod with the stock size ends on each end over the 5/16" moly pushrods...ive always thought run the biggest pushrod you can get the better.

Anyone know whos making any like this for a reasonable price for a 7.400"?

Trend makes a double tapered pushrod, have you contacted them? I believe Terry Manton does as well. I would be curious if they fit in an unmodified head (one not machined for larger diameter pushrods).

What is your setup? Did you have to machine the heads for fitment?

I need to order a set and see if I can make them work. I can have my local machine shop open the pushrod holes up if needed.
