Default headlight troubles

can anybody near the eastside of the dfw area help me by fixing my damn headlight's on my 2002 WS6????

Im not from Texas but Id be willing to help you out online .. I just replaced both of my motors etc

cool but it's not the motors! it's something in the wiring!

low beams will not come on sometimes the drivers side will mostly it won't? but the highbeams work great?

Its been a while since i had to do mine, But isnt the low beam a different light P/N altogether? form the high? Butif it coming on occasionaly and all is correct as in all pluged in,no corrossion sounds like a broken wire.

x2 Look for the ground, make sure there is no corrossion.

The exact opposite happen to mine, water go into my fuse box. Check there.

I think you have the same problem I had. FIRST OFF!!! When it does the low beam crap does the high beam logo on the dash come on but REALLY REALLY faded? Squeeze the connectors with the headlamps up and if it cures it then the connector is the problem. and you need too....

1. Buy Electrical Grease
2. Buy electrical cleaner
3. Undo the harness to the headlight assembly and clean it
4. Grease and reinstall

Should cure it. Be sure you press them back down really good and use the locking pin.

my headlight has been grinding when my i turn my lights off and when i lock/unlock the car. i got the left headlight motor already just havent had time to look at what all i need to do to replace. someone said earlier they could talk us through it online. if you guys have time post up on what all i need to do to change it. be much appreciated.

I think you need a torx 20? and just a 10mm. Two pivots bolts on top with torx/10mm ends. Pop them out and then the 10mm on the pivot arm then three 10mm bolts that hold the motor in. Cake.
