I am detailing my baby today I was thinking how would this be:
1. Rinse
2. Tires with simple green and a scrub brush on the tires rag on wheels
3. dawn dish soap on the paint with a fuzzy mitten
4. buff with stereo glaze 2
5. dawn agian
6. dry
7. claybar
8. megaguries wash
9. wax
10. carry gun for first person to touch car
11. carry business card with phone number for hot chicks who say nice car
am I missing anything?

Wash it with dawn dish soap instead of simple green. Also i would use a swirl remover/polish if you have swirls or light scratches. But send some of those chicks my way if you would like but only if there good looking no ugly ones!

are you using a rotary or a porter cable or something? if rotary chemical guys products or 3m and portor cable, flex, or udm i reccomend tropicares stuff or wolfgang. i would claybar the car to before your buff it not after.

3. Good car wash soap and a nice lamb's wool mitt
4. Clay bar
5. dry
6. Buff with your choice of product and machine
7. wax with your choice of wax or sealant.
No need to wash with Dawn, unless you are planning on applying Zaino for the first time.
No need to do multiple washes. it just gives you more chances to introduce swirls to the finish.

I would follow Gipraw's suggestion. There is really no need for the dawn soap but there is no harm in it either I guess. There is probably no need to wash the car so many times either. Some like to wash after using the clay but I've never seen a reason for it, and also after the polishing step to remove any oils left behind but its up to you if you want to spend the extra time. Its basically wash, clay, polish and wax. The clay and polish step will remove any wax left on the car by the way.
