Default v6 to v8

hello guys. well i bought a wrecked 97 t/a and im going to put the lt1 in my v6 firebird. i just want know if i will have to wire anything up if so what or will it all be plug and play since i have a donor. will i have to change the inside wire harness? also the car that the lt1 is going into is a 95 so its a ob1 will that be a problem? thanks guys.

Where was the car wrecked? If it wasn't damaged in the front then you should be able to drop the whole k-member w/ engine, trans, computer, and wire harness and swap it into the v6 car. The OBD1/2 thing won't be an issue because you will be using the wire harness and computer from the donor car. The only thing that might present a problem is compatiablilty with the inside gauges and controls. I'm sure you can find a write up or a thread that will address any issues you may have. You may have to move some wires around on the inside, but they should be all there.

With it being a 1995, it will have the OBDII Diagnostic Port, and the wiring was already inplace for mine as if it was an OBDII Car when I went through it to make sure everything was there for my swap.

in the back. one of the quater panel was ripped off and the side is all dented up and the passenger side door is caved in. i really wish i could fix it but i dont think i can be fixed
