MMA Fight Jan 9th New Orleans La. I got the call Tuesday so those that are bored or in the area come check it out.
Coming back from my first loss and have been training hard so I feel for the contender, Record now 2-1
Guy is Walt Harris from Alabama. 1-0.
I have been at the gym everyday. Since MFS has been out a week I have been training at 4oz Fight Club and they have been treating me good and pushing me hard.
Can't wait.

Fight went all 3 rounds. (12mins). Lost cause I left it up to the judges. He had a reach on me (6'6) so I worked standup a little and took him down 4 times gained mount and held control and worked ground and pound.
Nothing better then have your noise busted and it dripping down on your challanger while your beating there ***.
I have learned a few things. Cardio needs to be improved and don't leave it up too the judges. 2-2 now.

Its all good. think my noise got broke. I have 2 black eyes,
Funny when you work at a corp work place and people started asking me. So I told them "First rule of fight club is dont talk about fight club"
Back at the gym today to get back on the grind and improve my cardio.

All's good..work it out in the ammy's and then you can focus on record when pro. Noone can carry an undefeated, or close to record in that profession...one hand from either fighter can end it anytime.

BTW I cant believe you came back to work, I can see Jacobs people asking questions, its not a usual thing walking around here looking like you got in a street fight.

You've definitely got the right attitude...you'll be fine. Just keep to the fundamentals and don't try anything crazy. In the military they taught me to focus on becoming an expert at the fundamentals...the rest will come.
