Default Pacesetter LT's and Y-pipe

I was looking at putting pacesetter Longtubes and a Y-pipe on my Stock 02 Z-28 and was wondering if anyone knew how many tenths this would give me and is it worth the money?

We usually look to pick up anywhere between 15-30 rwhp from a swap like that. We have a package deal right now for $479.99 on Pacesetter coated long tubes and an off road Y-Pipe.
