Stay away from all ignition. Do a search on them on here and read up.

From what i understand you only want to buy from thepartsladi on Ebay.

Stick with a OEM one from "Thepartsladi" off Ebay or look into a MSD. I'm running the MSD with no issues but several folks on here said they are no good....time will tell

Yep, Delco or MSD. Delco from a authorized reseller or Thepartsladi. And stay far from All Ignition AND Accel, sooo many horror stories from both.

Another vote for "thepartsladi" on Ebay. I have bought three from them, one for me and two for buddy's of mine. Best price for genuine opti's anywhere.

Pardon the interruption guys, just need a clarification...

I went over to ebay to look at the optis listed with "thepartsladi" for this application (non-vented spline drive, I need to order one too). It's listed as a delphi unit...? Is this the one you all bought and are referring to? I have heard AC Delco is the best (aside from MSD) and just wanted to be sure before I lay my money down that this is the same animal. Thanks.

AC Delco = Delphi = OEM parts.

Just do yourself a favor and remove the rotor screws and thread lock them one at a time. You should be distributor problem free for long long time.
