Are these heads any good?

my ls1 cylinger heads have these numbers
1256 4241

are they worth any thing ported or should i just go the 5.3 route

It looks like they are 241 heads. 243's are better but many people do port the 241's. It matters who did the porting? Do they have any flow numbers?
