umm. i know you can get a stock ls2 intake on an ls1. you need the injectors? i think and the fuel rails off the ls2 and have to bend one or something. then you need a throttle body adapter that's kinda overpriced($75 or something).

somebody'll know hahah

It will fit, you need LS2 Rails, but the LS6 Intake will out-flow it, and you can keep your Throttle Body.

idk what the diameter of the stock ls2 is but if it's an aftermarket manifold it'll probably outflow an ls6. a ported ls2 is supposed to outflow a fast90 on an ls1.

Ummmmm....... nuh uh.......... LS2 is "Sucky"

Straight from GM High Tech mag:
Breathing Apparatuses
As LS engines go, the LS2 intake manifold is one of the least-flowing designs out there. Being on par with an LS1 intake in power potential, this left us wondering just how straddled our new engine combination would be with a rather "sucky" intake.

LS2 does have a 90mm TB though.

check out ls2portworks.com(sorry for posting non sponsor if that's an issue)

they get decent numbers out of em. they have a bunch of dyno results. there's an explanation on here somewhere that explains it. the manifold is designed well but constructed poorly or something which causes the poor flow. you can port/epoxy it to increase flow. search ls2 intake on here you'll probably find it.

ls2 intakes leak cause there are not a one piece design like the ls1 and ls6 which sux cause it flows just like a ls6 and has a 90mm tb but could leak.....i was thinking bout it cause i want a tpis 90mm ls6 but thats $650 and you can pick up a ls2 for about $200 but got to worry about it leaking but on the other hand the fast isnt one piece either.

This should help i think page 3 is hp numbers w different intakes

The ls2 intake is crap...

Tested on a LS1 with only LT headers and a Hotcam.
