91 in an 80 in a friends car though..? pretty sure the answer is yes just thought i would check

yea went to new mexico to go snow boarding. got pulled over on the way. i posted up a thread a few days ago but i was just thinkin to myslef about the insurance issue. it sucks 330 bucks for tint and speeding

Yes, most likely it will... Just speak to the DA and see if you can take a course or something to prevent it from going on your driving history.

Call the courthouse, offer to pay the fine, but ask if they will help you out by making it a non-moving violation. Sometimes they will, and sometimes they will throw it out if you don't get another ticket within 6 months.

A couple yrs back I got pulled over going 93 in a 70 on the way to lubbock. Was able to take DD for it. As long as you arent over 100mph or 25mph over the limit, you should be fine.

Is defensive driving hard or what? Is it a timed on the internet? or you can not to it over the net, you need to go to a class? I need to know because i just got from court and i was offered DD since im under the age of 25.New to the state so i don't know how this works..

You can take it on the net. It is timed and it usually takes about 6-8 hours. Just google defense driving and pick one of the many sites. Take the course and they send you a certificate within a couple of weeks and just read on what you need to send to the courthouse.
