I over greased the ball joint and there is grease coming out at the base of the ball joint like this

Is it okay or should I replace it? When i Squeeze it more grease comes out.

I dont think it matters. Once its mounted, the pressure will push more grease out and thats it, it will have just what it needs inside.

Why dont you just remove the boot, and remove the excess grease?

The grease is just coming out around the boot... you should wait until the A-Arm is installed before greasing... this way the boot is sealed better. You should put some pressure on the boot and reseal it. Once installed you can add some more grease but don't over grease because you don't want to blow the boot out.
