Default Yellow HID Fog lights

Does anybody have Yellow Hid's in their Camaro's fog lights?

Do you guys think it would look rice? Would it be something that you might want to see?

If any of you have them please post some pics

I've thought about these a while back, not really for me car though.. I like them on IS300's. I think their 3000K HIDs. They would probably look better on Camaro's as you guys have the smaller fog light housing, if I had them it'd be a hugeas yellow circle lol.
Here's a GTO

It's not rice. It's science. Yellow light is better in foggy conditions.

I have em, check the sig. I also have them on my 09 Fit, which it may look more normal on but I love my yellow fogs. The only reason the Japanese import crowd is all over the trend is because it's mad tyte JDM y0, not for purpose. Yellow bulbs or regular halogen bulbs with a yellow lens may work better than the HID in a foglight housing tho, having the HIDs is still cool though.

Thank you. After searching a bit i came across a few of your previous posts explaining why "true fog lights are yellow" good stuff.

Anyone else have some pics?

Would this be something that the cops might want to pull me over for?

No, you are allowed to have yellow auxiliary lights and since fog lights are auxiliary lights you are in luck lol. HID kits are illegal, but i doubt you'll get **** for having them in your foglights. I'll snap some pics for you tonight.

I like them....I have a 3k kit in my fogs and it helps for night time driving in the fog. Yellow light can penetrate the fog better because of its position in the light spectrum. They are not rice if they are in there for a reason.

I remember seeing a lot of yellow fog lights when I was a little kid. That was back in the late 80's, early 90's.

here are some pics of my 3000k fog lights. I do have a lamin-x smoked lens on them because of a crack in the housing, but I got some hella 90mm fog light housings sitting in the garage waiting to go in so they might be a tad brighter after that lol. Last pic is with my Hella 90mm projectors and 4300k Philips bulbs/ballasts.

I have a friend who is a state policeman. I asked him about the HID kits. He said not to worry about them. As for TA's why bother getting yellow foglights when your highbeams and lowbeams are already yellow
